To provide you a better purchase experience, iVoler is proud to offer a lifetime product warranty on all products. We will provide coverage for these products to the extent of its life. If our products fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will take care of quality-related issues with a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT within the first 10 days since your purchase. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Warranty claims must be made directly to iVoler. Please note that iVoler cannot be held liable for damages to your personal property resulting from any misuse or improper care and maintenance of the iVoler products.
Exclusion and Limitations
iVoler does not cover any purchased through:
- Non-authorized dealers and/or online auction websites.
- Non-authorized 3rd party receipts or order numbers are NOT accepted for warranty verification.
- Improperly used products
- Lost or stolen products (without proof of purchase)
- Purchases made over 3 months ago (unless otherwise stated)
- Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products.
This lifetime warranty does NOT apply to damage to the iVoler products caused by accident, abuse, misuse, use for any purpose other than its intended purpose, or any alteration or modification of the iVoler product.
Obtaining Warranty Service
If you wish to make a claim under the lifetime warranty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Brief Description of the issue
- Amazon Order Number
After we checked your information, we will get back to you and confirm the lifetime warranty claim is valid and then you could send the quality-problem product back. The original buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs of sending back the iVoler product. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to us. iVoler is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for the returned package.
***All of the above information is required before a warranty claim will be accepted. It is important to note that you may also be required to answer some simple questions to verify the authenticity of the product so we can assist you further. If IVoler determines, in its sole discretion, that your product is defective in quality of materials or workmanship, IVoler will provide an RMA number and assist you with the replacement process.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL iVoler OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROPER OR IMPROPER USE OF ANY iVoler PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE iVoler PRODUCTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE iVoler PRODUCT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT iVoler HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO ANY CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE CONTAINED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE iVoler PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CELLULAR PHONES, OR OTHER HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED DEVICES. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
